Notes and Specifications

Side frames are manufactured from fold mild steel construction, which incorporates integral side guides.
  • Drive to the rollers is obtained by inter-connecting roller sprockets with precision ½” pitch chain size dependant on load being carried. The sprockets are and chains are mounted within the structure and cover plates which acts as a safety guard to prevent finger traps.
  • There are stands widths for 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm pallets but we also manufacture bespoke to customer’s requirements.
  • Loads of up to 1500kg. Per metre.
  • Conveyor Speed standard 12metres/ min fixed speed variable speed available and different speeds on request.
  • Rollers start at 50mm dia. up to 80mm dia dependant on weight being carried on conveyor system.
  • 21 Tooth ½” pitch sprockets fitted as standard.
  • Precision bearing fitted sealed for life.
  • Roller finishes self colour steel or zinc plated to customers requirement.
